If you could permanently ban a word from general usage, which one would it be? Why?

“If only” and “could have”… thats talking of something that is not done. And maybe one cannot go back and do it. Remove it somehow and substitute it with something else… tell me what 😅

It stagnates a persons growth unfortunately curtailing positive thoughts. What ever happened is over, regretting will not solve it. Moving on will…lest it impact mental health. Focussing on the guilt deters positive thoughts. Not to say that reviewing situations are unimportant…review, understand and move on. We learn, we adapt, okay… we may crumble but in the end *Embrace the NOW* 💓
